Remote online notaries can be used for cash transactions and for loan transactions with permission from the lender.

Funds can be received by wire, personal check, or cashier’s checks. Personal checks cannot be used for amounts over $2500. Wires are preferred for receiving funds, as check verification can delay funding by up to 48 hours.
