Remote online notaries can be used for cash transactions and for loan transactions with permission from the lender.

All signings need 2 witnesses over 18 years old, not related to the signing party, and with no interest in the property. The notary can serve as one of the witnesses.

Funds can be received by wire or cashier’s checks.

Wires are preferred for receiving funds, as check verification can delay funding by up to 48 hours.
