Now, the new Deal Dashboard brings all your deals into one clear view—highlighting your next steps, surfacing the other party’s action items, and flagging title status or issues before they become blockers. Plus, our redesigned mobile experience means you can check in and take action on the go, with a layout built for your phone from the ground up.

Smarter Doc Prep: Speed and Accuracy for Doc Signings

Before: Manually preparing documents for signing was a bottleneck, with every field needing to be placed by hand—slowing down closings and leaving room for mistakes.

What we built: Now, when documents are sent to our RON partner, signature and information fields are automatically tagged. No more manual setup, no more double-checking every page.

Now: Documents are ready for signing in record time, with fewer errors and less back-and-forth.

What this means for your deals: Less time and errors prepping paperwork means faster deal closings, with confidence that every signature is in the right place.

Seller Authorization: Less Guesswork, More Progress

Before: Assignors and investors could upload seller authorization, but the process sometimes made it feel like the ball was in your court—even though Empora was still working behind the scenes.

What we built: We’ve removed the task assignment for seller authorization from your to-do list, making it clear that Empora continues to handle this step. If you have the authorization handy, you can still upload it or send it to your escrow team.

Now: The process is clearer, with less confusion about who’s responsible and no unnecessary delays.

What this means for your deals: Smoother handoffs and faster progress, with the flexibility to help out when you can—but never the pressure.

Other New Features

Investors now have the ability to:

  • Better differentiate units at the same address: Second address line now displays to distinguish between different units.
  • Enhanced support for international customers: The website now fully supports for international mailing addresses for overseas customers.
